2009 is the year to try new things.
the basis of my new year resolution(s): attempt, try, "you only live once".

some achievements so far. tada!

• heading to the beach for a tan at least once every week
• rollerblade!
• wear seatbelt
• eyelash extensions with joyce and grace (fun, but troublesome and a tad painful)
• new hair color (nothing fascinating, just to add up the numbers)
• pretend stayhome tai tai
• addicted to left4dead

some things i would like to do / achieve (and stop procrastinating!)

• upgrading courses (or at least learn a talent or two)
• work from home successfully
• avoid television <-- never!
• go back to class
• go on a holiday!
• curb addiction to left4dead

one more chapter to go!

just last sunday, mush and i went to left4dead. the both of us were happily playing on our own with the cpu partners. then these two idiot experts joined the game. they totally crammed our style! we wanted to explore but they knew the way very well and just chiong here and there. ack.

as much as we wanted to kick them out, we noobs are not that sure about LAN-ing etiquette. we said out loud "who is this idiot", "wah lau fucking sian la", "eh shall we kick them out?". they remained in the game.

the game ended and we found them sitting directly opp. how could they have not heard us?? they must think they are some evangelists teaching us 'the way'. no matter what we mere mortals think of them, they will strive on to help us.

in the end though, we did learn a thing or two, but still NO to non-friends in the game. note to self: ask friend about LAN etiquette.
